  1. I am 55, have been following Dr. Weil since I was about 30....He has been a treasure to me, and following his advice has added such benefit to my life. He is a true lifelong student and amazing teacher. I believe all doctors should strive to follow his example, and the rest of us should expect this type of care.

  4. One of the most surprising things I learned while setting boundaries has been that, it is a positive thing! I have learned to look at it as saying yes more than no, and created a better attitude while I learn to take care of myself. Amazing! Saying no has become easier because of all the yes's😊👍😁☀️
