  2. The Venezuelan story is sad. In the 60’s Venezuela was in VERY good shape. Everyone (almost) were living well, lots of money, and good jobs and crime was VERY low! Everyone seemed to be happy, but unfortunately thing went downhill!!

  3. Mexican have been coming here for 100’s of years. Many were here in the West, before the US took it from them. Lots of border towns, people live on both sides, and come back and forth, like there is no border, many have relatives on both sides! I personally have friends on the Mexico side!! They are here visiting all the time! Many of the immigration officers here have relatives on “the other side “! hahahaha

  4. Yeah Salvadorans is a sad story. El Salvador is the densest population in Latinamerica, and highest poverty, and the violence is horrible , I had two students whose husbands were murdered, and one whose mother was killed, because she didn’t pay an extortion. They were here to escape the violence!

  5. Colombians have been coming here for the last 50 years! Back in the 60’s there were at least 25, 000 Colombians in New York City alone. and there were thousands in LA a too. They love the US, for the way the US life is here, not so much for money!! They don’t stand out since a lot of them look like “white Americans” ,
