Yeah, but the Constitution says that a person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and vice president, OR hold any office, civil or military under the United States or under any State……………shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same………. And it does not say whether the States, The Federal Government , or who can or can’t take that person off of the Ballot for the office, but He Surely can’t hold the office! I think the Court is wrong
