  1. Exactly. What you are saying is so true, and there are hundreds of doctors too now telling this in the internet , etc,, but many people say, whatever! I will live however I want to live (and eat j and Que sera, sera!!! I have taken your advice and other doctors of course , and I have lost 65 lbs and my tests have shown much improvement (not perfect) but much. I’m 80 and feel much better than before, I lost the weight. Part of my inspiration is my wife, who does not like much sugar or .carbs (except tortillas), and has been 95 lbs (5 ft 2) all her life. Somehow she knew these things since she was a child in Mexico. Keep up the good work Doctor Ekberg!!!

  2. So true. My “salad dressing” is Apple cider vinegar & Exrta Virgin olive oil!! Nothing else!!!

  4. Most doctors ( and nurse practitioners j DO NOT discuss these real solutions. I have NEVER had a doctor discusss diet with me, and cover what is good to eat and what is bad to eat! I had a doctor tell me one time I needed to lose weight, but I had to find out myself , which I did and I lost 75 lbs. He then to.d me “ you are a. Weight loss champion “ I still need to lose a little to lose but. I am feeeling well now!!!

  6. So true. Vegetable oil is the “Baddie”. But it is impossible to convince a lot of people that Vegetable oils are the Bad ones. So many people die young because they eat so many Vegetable oils !!!!!!!! And many doctors do tell people to switch to Vegetable oil!!!

  7. Exactly right. You have to do it a little at a time. It helped me. I was able to quit smoking , drinking, and eating too much sugars. Did them gradually one at a time and was able to loose 50 lbs,and improved my health!!,

  12. Yeah vegetable oil are bad, and it is hard to convince people nor to ingest vegetable oils. My wife refuses to switch to omega 3 oils like olive oil and avocado oil!!! Her father died of a heart attack, all the while eating saturated fats, an a lot of carbohydrates!!!

  16. I used to eat oatmeal a lot, and it was good, but I don’t now because of the carbs in it, even though it has a lot of fiber!!!😊

  24. Most doctors and nurse practitioners don’t want to talk to you about diet. If you tell them you are cutting carbs, sugars, &vegetable oils out of you diet, they say “Good” and That’s it. They don’t discuss it! They just look for problems you have and tell you to take some drug(s)!!!

  25. Yeah in Colombia EVERYBODY drinks coffee, including children,!! Most men drink alcohol heavily in addition to coffee, and a lot of people die of diseases caused by alcohol and. Very high amounts of Sugars and carbs
