  1. so true. There are situations where you have to leave. I was in that situation once when a manager was going to fire me sooner or later, so I Quit, and gave on Month notice!!! So they gave me my one month check, and let me leave immediately. So I have some time to look for a job (which I did).with a months pay!!!

I used to work in Big Insurance Corporations and I found that I did not have to put in long hours,(because of a class action lawsuit that said that companies couldn’t make you work “uncompensated time” so when my boss would say “finish this before going home”, I would say, “oh I can’t work more hours unless I’m paid overtime. since the company didn’t approve overtime, she would say “Ok finish it tomorrow” I had realized that companies considered workers a “slaves”, and were totally undemocratic. but Capitalist Corporations have always been un democratic, and works are a the mercy of the Company!

  7. A company was doing this to me , so I gave them a Month notice is was quitting so they said you can go now and gave me a check for one month! It gave me time to look for another job!!
