That and the ultra aggressive mindset of colonial European Americans. This is why European white supremacist regimes like this needs to be destroyed and left to the natives. Europeans are everywhere and they are cold unfeeling bastards. They colonised North and South America, Australia, They tried to colonise China, the Middle East, India, Africa everywhere!
