Didn’t both happen at around the same time 1994? And it’s not all White people who colonised Africa, only 7 or 8 European countries. Britain, France, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Portugal (Italy) and the reason African countries embrace China and Russia is....How many colonies in Africa did China and Russia have? In South America? Africa just wants to trade, they have raw materials, China wants to buy. Business. Europe has historically always has an ulterior motive. And let’s face it, the last 500 years has been a disaster.
