  1. I think you’re overestimating the American intelligence. Many there think disease is political and financial and only listen to the advice of people they like. It’s a strange parallel universe whose educational standards are at best third world. It is the most corrupt country in human history but they can’t see it! People regularly die because they aren’t rich. Medicine in America is like having a Ferrari showroom in a homeless camp, they all have access to it, but few have the means.
