  1. Crap like this is going to continue until criminal charges are brought. What good is finding a company who can just go bankrupt and then restart under a new name? The PH&E people who made decisions to block repairs that lead to someone's death should at least be charged with manslaughter. If it can be proven that there's a history of non repairs leading to wildfires, then they should be charged with murder.
