  2. Doge is a regular department, created by Obama. Grant awards, financing etc should be public record. People aren't complaining about the financing of things listed on the public record. They are complaining of all these "projects" going on behind the curtains, where the general public cannot see. These NGOs, etc, are not compliant to the Freedom of Information Act.
