  1. Many years ago when the big push for "ebonics" happened, Oprah Winfrey went off on the plan. She said as a self made million/billionaire woman of color, she was insulted by the suggestion that students of color are not capable of reading. I wonder what Oprah thinks of this mess in Oregon? In just a generation or two, this type of educational policy could ensure there are NO people of color who lead the scientific, medical, legal, financial fields. Then, when the powers that be deem them "worthless eaters" will they be eliminated by a tyrannical government?
