  2.  @kaizokuo5850  how do you know he only thought about it a week ago? Do you really think he would disclose 100 percent of his thoughts to the public as soon as he had them? Pretty sure he has a legal team that understands strategy

  3. Exactly. Twitter might be falsifying numbers to the SEC, which could be criminal. At the very least, if they are using fake numbers to attract advertisers, then every advertising contract could become a liability to Twitter.
