  1. Maybe because it wasn't him that was reading the teleprompter? You cannot convince me that Biden can be so bumbling and feeble that he struggles to walk and utter a complete sentence on one day. And on the next day he can give a public speech with few flaws. Yes, the drug him up. But c'mon man, no drugs work that well, that fast! If they did, they would just be giving them to him 24/7.
