  4. Ok...so this laptop was supposedly a mac book. Usually you take apple products back to the Apple store for repairs. Why not this time? Why not take it to a corporate owned Apple store for repairs, instead of a small time privately owned computer shop? Maybe you'd want to use the little, out of the way private computer shop for a little more privacy? Discretion? Odds are only 1 person would be working on it versus a big tech department? How stupid or high do you have to be to forget to pick it back up from the repair shop within the allotted time? Computer store owner did nothing wrong in keeping it and alerting authorities. NSA should be able to track down and verify all emails are authentic
