  2.  @michaelhill8441  the issue is not the MONEY. The issue is the product being purchased. If Twitter actually does have a higher than reported percentage of bots, then they should get criminally in trouble with the SEC for defrauding investors, stock holders, etc. Money is NOT the issue - knowing the product being purchased was correctly represented from day 1 is the issue. Twitter can claim all they want that they have no way of being able to identify bot accounts. But if Elon's side has the right to Discovery, his attorneys can blow the doors off Twitter's data vault, so to speak. Twitter would be a fool to willingly go to court with Musk.
