  3.  @dirtworm3319  of course not. . Ukraine gave up all it's long range missiles and all cruise missiles in 1994 when the collective West + ruSSia disarmed Ukraine for security guarantees. In fact, some of those same missiles Ukraine gave up are now raining down on Ukraine. If Ukraine had the means, they'd already strike and military infrastructure far into ruSSo territory.
