@LaHayeSaint if you makes you feel better? If there were cracks, why didn't they release water before it reached record height? Why didn't they declare an emergency? This isn't some "doorway" they occupied.. if they haven't got a clue how to run it, don't touch it

No matter how it's twisted - it's ruZZians fault. Incompetence doesn't make this situation any better and doesn't make them look any better. It's like with MH17... "Oh maybe they didn't mean it". "This is a war" Civilian high rises hit my missiles? "This is a war" Children being deported? "This is a war" Nuclear station under threat of catastrophe? "This is a war" Dam causing biggest catastrophe in Ukraine since Chernobyl? "This is a war" Nope, doesn't work like this. And that's why Putler already got an arrest warrant for one of the above.
