Similar story in Boston. I own one rental condo and my parents also one condo. I've always wanted to buy more and kinda blamed myself for not doing it years ago. Today I'm relieved that I didn't and my our tenants, thank God, are really amazing and nice people. I can sleep well at night lol

@dancalmpeaceful3903 Always have. Totally agree about vetting. Don't be afraid to disqualify anyone even if it just doesn't feel right. It's your skin in the game, not theirs so just do what's right for you.
