  1. Beth Yodis So this is not unusual to eat snails, frogs in this region? I've never heard of this. I mean, they can fish or eat chicken, etc. This was kinda strange to me

  2. I wish people realized that this is NOT a "typical" Ukrainian family because they are refugees of war from what was already a really depressed region. Like the man said, they lost pretty much everything so they are getting by as best as they can in a house they probably consider temporary. Obviously a well settled family would be more representative of Ukraine but it is what it is and still very interesting to follow
