  1. Ukrainians have said it countless times, it's pointless (and they won't) mobilize more people if there's no more armor/tools/equipment/weapons at the same time. How do you expect to even train them? With virtual APV, tanks and such? And obviously Ukrainians learned the hard way (more like proved allies wrong) that without air superiority offensive moves are doomed. At least equilibrium. I mean, last summer Bradleys were being hit by russian helicopters just 8km away simply because Ukraine had nothing to counter with. Kasparov said it the best - USA storages are filled with thousands of armored vehicles just decaying in deserts. All this equipment was DESIGNED AND BUILT to take on USSR and now that the time has come, it's not being put to use. What's worse is that it'll just end up being decommissioned and scrapped (USA PAYING for this process).
