  1. Convicts absolutely got the best deal. They get a free card by going to Ukraine then come back home free to do absolutely anything they want. The latest laws allow criminals to bypass prison altogether by going to Ukraine. So basically, you can do whatever you want, literally, over and over again. And if you have money, you can go to Ukraine "on paper" so to speak

  2.  @SaturnVII  true but there are cases like this (based on russian media) and like I said, if you have money, you don't even have to go. So relative to regular volunteers, convicts have a better deal
