@rffromusa8319 not just that. The main point is that about half of the entire Ukraine population isn't available to vote due to displacement or occupation. And of course I highly doubt international observers will risk venturing into territories even remotely dangerous. Hence, whoever will win will actually have LESS legitimacy than the current government. The current government is in power per Ukraine constitution, by the way

@dryasir1981 oh yeah? Let's see the "stop to hostilities" and then we'll talk. Because no one in Ukraine is against elections if it's per constitution and everyone can vote. It still doesn't answer how occupied territories will vote but whatever... As Ukrainian I don't actually want to even go there because there is no way to verify who actually votes there. Just don't whine again when russia refuses to recognize elections.

@dryasir1981 they weren't occupied or displaced and there were no precision missiles (or any long range missiles).

@dryasir1981 yeah about 25% of population will get a fair, verifiable voting chance. You call this election? Actually less than 20 because the vast majority of the refuges are women and children (children can't vote)
