@nahiyan4564 But the outcome of this system is less crimes and violence. This is not unique to Finland either. If you would trade "hard punishment" for more violence and crimes then yes, you are in fact crazy

@missinginaction7155 If something is effective it's not stupid by default.

@stefanisilva2493 It's not about culture. It's about the system you see here. It's better to rehab than "punish" people who committed crimes. Actually.... I guess it's culture, but thing is, this system molds a less violent/criminal culture. So if you can shape your country's culture, why not? Wealth? Perhaps, but that's even more reasons to at least pilot something similar in USA. Prisons in USA break people for life. Why not try this kind of system with first time offenders? Start with people that didn't commit murders/rape

1. You are sugarcoating this. 2. For the society this system is better because it creates a safer society. It's a mathematical fact, just do the math. So I don't understand your comment. Are you saying you'd take "hard punishment" over a safer society? It makes no sense

This boilerplate BS propaganda shattered on February 24th. You need to go ask your boss for a new binder

@AFloridaSon 🤦♂️ If it wasn't for him, most likely this war would be going much worse for Ukraine
7
@David Schroeder You should do the math dude. USA "imprisonment rate per capita" is more than x10 than Finland. This simply cannot be ignored or brushed away as a cultural thing. Clearly it's a product of this system. Not saying USA must just copy/paste this system but at least start with non-murderer crimes. It's an investment worth pursuing.

USA signed Budapest Memorandum. Period

@watchdealer11 Who gives a F? USA signed it and is obligated to help
3
@stefanisilva2493 Interesting stat. Curious though if it's for the same level crimes or in general. Harsh prisons poison people from inside and someone who's in USA prison for theft can become a more f;d up person just from going through this system.

Who said he thinks he's a "superstar". Sounds like you are really insecure
2
@Tecsy25 won't argue with that. Makes sense

@bdMcOntent Yes Ukraine can win. You don't have to listen to me.. pretty much all experts in this field agree. USSR lost in Afghanistan and they'll lose in Ukraine. And it's not like Ukraine has a choice. They are fighting for survival of a nation... Like I said, you clearly haven't listened to what Putler said
2
@bdMcOntent That's clearly what you want people to think. But like I said, experts don't agree with you and ruSSia will lose just like it lost in Afghanistan
2
They are right across the river. You think the river will block nuclear fallout?
1
ruSSia has been fooling everyone for decades and unfortunately the vast majority believed them and thought that what ruSSia shows on TV is real. In reality ruSSo army is all show and corrupt
1
Are you sure you listened to what Putler said? Because NATO was like 10% of his nonsense excuses for destroying Ukraine. Sounds like you have selective memory or simply listen/broadcast ruSSo propaganda. By the way, if not NATO, who's going protect Ukraine from ruSSo agression? Because Budapest Memorandum stripped Ukraine off the most powerful defence
1
@bdMcOntent 🤦♂️ Europe was in "total damage" after WW2. And? Freedom is priceless. By the way, ruSSia will be damaged economically for who knows how many decades and Ukraine will rebuild using ruSSian $$$ confiscated (already frozen/arrested). And obviously reparations and contributions paid for decades like Germans did after WW1 and WW2.
