@m.dewylde5287 $500 drone is incapable of carrying explosives to destroy a tank. Also, the beauty of Javelin is that you fire and forget and it can't be suppressed by anti drone devices. With drones not only you must be very experienced, it's also a slow operation (you need to set up, launch, arrive to destination). When you have tanks advancing on your positions, something tells me I'd rather shoot and forget than fly drones. Wars are expensive.... By definition wars = burning money. The key is to preserve as many lives as possible in the process. By the way, the Javelin missile is just under $200k
