  12. Sounds like you have itchy fingers to type this nonsense. It's not a war crime to kill an occupant faking a surrender. They aren't even POW until they are secured by Ukrainians. They are lying on the ground but could still be armed, period. One of the first rules is to protect your men and this is what Ukrainians did. This is a war, not a traffic stop
