@Tony16666 From scratch or already very experienced men? Ukraine has some of the best artillery schools and obviously they sent their best men to train on Cesar. Highly doubt it takes a year for a seasoned men.

@Tony16666 I'm not going to argue because I'm not an expert but I've heard that the concept is the same, calc tables are different and this is what they needed to learn, in addition to "maintenance". But if you are a pro already, it doesn't take a year. It's kinda like an excavator operator going from one type of excavator to another.
