Around 7:00 he says that he decided to go "defend" his town?  Few seconds before that he said that he lost his job LOL.  So while he was making $$$ he didn't need to "defend" his town.  Riiiiight.  Basically he needs $$$ and he is now killing his own citizens for money.   No wonder Russians are doing their best to destroy local infrastructure.
