Robert Portillo Ukraine has always been part of Russia? You should study history. Majority speak Russian? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages_of_Ukraine Same culture? Not even close. Ukrainian culture is pure Slav (as Belorussian, Polish and others towards the West) while Russian is mixed with Tatars and Finns.

Julius Johnson who gives a fuck? Fact is, Russians were taking over Deb. and Ukrainians were taking back other land to prevent shelling of Mariupol. It's all Ukrainian land anyway.

Debaltsevo was an automatic breach of ceasefire. Heaviest fighting was taking place days after the deal was done. And based on the deal, Deb. must remain under Ukrainian power because the border is based on September positions. It's a simple fact no matter how you twist it.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minsk_II Your argument about land is barbaric. Kiev Rus is the "mother" of all this region if you wanna go there. But I will not go there because I am civilized. No reason to even discuss it with someone like u

Julius Johnson Ukraine moved in this area while terrorists/Russians were taking over Debaltsevo.

She says "my ancestors bought this land" and the fucking idiot says "this land is mine too". Really? What a fucking scumbag. Also, if they demilitarize this area, who will guarantee that DNR will not move in the next day? I mean, they (leader of DNR too) are openly saying that they want to take Mariupol and basically entire Donetsk region. So let's say Ukrainians move their forces from this area... OSCE moves in to monitor... DNR terrorists shoot a couple of mines to scare OSCE (obviously OSCE will move out immediately because they won't risk lives) and DNR will move in. Then what? Russians have ZERO trust so it's even pointless to suggest they can guarantee anything. OSCE is powerless... they will write a freaking report on this. So basically this demilitarization = giving up land. And WHY should Ukraine give up more land?! They already gave up so much.

Leoš Tomíček LOL. Believe you? That's gotta be the stupidest suggestion I've heard in a while. I guess you haven't seen Mariupol entrenching themselves (local citizens). I guess you think that it was UA army that killed 100 people in Mariupol with a single Grad attack. Yep. It's all mythical nazis

Solder Desolder Dumb ass... 1. What does this have to do with Ukraine? 2. Albanian population in Kovoso was over 80% back then and over 90% today. Ukrainians dominate Eastern Ukraine with ease... It's not even close. Even in Donetsk and Lugansk. 3. Kosovo conflict was pretty much "ethnic" while in Ukraine it's purely geopolitical (with brainwashed terrorists fighting against Ukraine). Basically this is another moronic response not related to Ukraine. Keep it going LOL http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Ukraine

Leoš Tomíček OMF! WTF does Crimea have to do with Eastern Ukraine? you are just digging your own grave LOL. And how exactly does an ethnic Ukrainian become an ethnic Russian? LMAO! Just because Russia forced them to have Russian citizenship? Keep these moronic comments coming... this is great proof of what kind of people support Russian aggression

Jake c I guess you missed the Nazi/fascist convention in St. Petersburg few weeks ago (organized by Russian gov. pretty much). http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-32009360 BBC is being too "politically correct" when they are describing this

Solder Desolder What does Macedonia have to do with Ukraine? I'm kinda tired if unrelated comments from the past. If you gonna bring up past, there was also Nazi annexation of land from Czechoslovakia (under same ideology as Crimea). Everything is/was in Russian already in Eastern Ukraine.... Maybe you should know what you are talking about before you comment? Language is not the issue... It's a geopolitical conflict fueled by Russia because Russia hates to see Ukraine look towards the West.

Solder Desolder Yep. And your comment means you got cornered and got nothing else to say.
