In case you didn't know, his rating is one of the lowest in history. And again, there's no democracy or elections in Russia. Putin is changing constitution when the time comes to extend his stay. Duma is voting all laws unanimously (duh!) which is unheard of in Democratic countries. Just stop comparing USA to Russia, it's embarrassing.   6. Rey Mysterio Perhaps, but I still highly doubt Putin's approval (and I think it's safe to assume, his voters) are in high 80%. It's simply not a "healthy" rating and is in line with typical dictatorship countries. And if it's true, then God help Russia LOL. By the way, it doesn't have to be "liberals". It's not like there are liberals and Putin and nothing in between.
