The war is only where russia is in full control. Geopolitics are being played? Yes, no one is disputing this. But war and suffering is only where russia is in control. And you don't need to look at Ukraine for example. Look at Georgian and Moldovan occupied territories. Russia = war and suffering. And there's nothing wrong with USA supporting a country that wants to be on the "civilized" side of the world. Ukraine, as an independent state has every right to decide own destiny/vector and pick any allies it wants.

How do you sign a treaty on such basis? By the way, he already broke many treaties with Ukraine by invading land. They are worthless with russia
