So how does this dude in bicycle helmet know who's a threat and who's not? For example... let's say there's some idiot that starts to shoot (even in air)... people start to run, scream. That guy who thinks he's protecting people with his rifle will take his rifle and at least will start to point it at someone/some direction...... And this dude in bicycle helmet is supposed to know who's the "bad" guy? They'll just start shooting each other like in wild west. Freaking morons.
