So made up $250, 350, 500 (as listed in the minerals agreement) is not going to be signed. 2. Senate, Congress, President released this money as grants with no clause to return them. It's already history. 3. If Ukraine has to repay weapons supplies then Ukraine must have freedom to purchase whatever they need. Instead they are constantly being held back. 4. USA signed Budapest memorandum guaranteeing territorial integrity. Ukraine isn't asking for USA direct involvement... Not even disagreeing that a "mineral deal" is a good idea (it was Ukraine's idea to begin with). But if there's a deal to be made, it has to benefit both sides. Instead, Trump administration is pretty much recognizing russian occupied territories (against Budapest memorandum). I mean, there's no reason to block Ukraine UN resolution that calls out russian occupation.
