  3. DrSylvestreMatuschka You can't afford even Android One devices? If so then it's just life. I mean, whining about this "issue" won't change anything. It's just the way it is. Google can't force OEMs and OEMs are not gonna do it because people buy them anyway. It really is that simple

  4. Guy Lloyd LOL, okay, and how exactly is it going to happen? Who's gonna enforce it if Android is AOSP and SoC manufacturers don't support drivers? People vote with their wallet and clearly it's not an issue because if it was, sales would reflect it and this fact would force OEMs to update. It's like constantly whining that Seattle has a shitty weather. Don't like it? Move. Can't move? Whining won't change it so just stop
