  2.  @claude9560  They use about 10k nowadays. In the first 6-8mo of the war they were using 50-60k. Anyone can look this up via a simple query in a search engine. Today they started using T-54 tanks (from 1945) and if you look at videos of their mobilized men, they don't even wear a matching uniform because there isn't enough.

They could have done it indefinitely but it's just a waste of money and after more than 2 decades they left because they aren't imperial fascist like ruZians. Less than 2500 losses in over 2 decades. Hardly the reason to leave. Very little equipment losses... aircraft can be counted on fingers. "Over 15,000 Soviet troops were killed in Afghanistan from 1979 to 1989. Durng the war, the Soviet Army also lost HUNDREDS of aircraft and billions worth of other military machines. Around two million Afghan men, women, and children died in the war." I just looked it up - over 330 helicopters alone were shut down in Afghanistan 😂. And that's in less than half the time USA spent in Afghanistan. Listen, 🤡, my friends brother was in that war and I've heard from him about this war. First hand experience. No one fled, anyone can read about 1987 in Afghanistan.

That's considering occupied territories that used to add about 25% to overall GDP. AND considering lack of investments due to continuous threat from Russia. This record GDP is precisely because Ukraine is moving towards West. 2. Ukrainian minimum wage is higher than russian. By about $47. Fact. Anyone can look this up on Wikipedia. 3. Ukrainian average salary is only about $200ish lower than in "mighty" russia. Considering russian natural resources, it's a joke 🤣. If russia didn't occupy parts of Ukraine in 2014, obviously the numbers listed above would be much much higher.

What had to happen was - stop your barbaric aggression, create safe corridors and let them pass to free Ukraine (which always works with international organizations anyway). Very simple.
