For example, Kharkiv in Ukraine used to produce massive amounts of tanks. Kyiv and Lviv produced armored vehicles. In Lugansk they were producing electronic warfare equipment and bullets. World GDP was 10%. Today ruZZia is 1.5% LoL

Ukraine doesn't need launch codes lol. Ukraine Soviet Republic was servicing them, actually designed rockets and infrastructure and could repurpose a small amount for themselves.
