At this point it would be equivalent to Minsk 1/2, which means ruSSo occupants stay on more occupied land and start rebuilding for the next offensive. Minsk 1/2 and what ruSSo officials are openly saying (goal is permanent occupation) prove that ceasefire = capitulation on Ukraine side
