Regarding your first sentence, it's simply not true. Only the most recent missile attack was the largest since 2022. And guess what.... Also one of the least effective because today Ukraine has a decent air defense infrastructure. So back on topic. Why should NATO be concerned at all? Nothing is changing and like you said YOURSELF, all russia can do is waste more missiles in Ukraine
