  1. Clearly Ukraine's military isn't affected (based on what we see on the frontline). Cruise missiles have been raining in Ukraine for 9 months now. They aren't even attacking the railway system. They are attacking heat generating systems and electrical grids. Diesel locomotives don't care. And when it comes to Geneva convention, this is the key difference between your example and Ukraine. It's a war crime WHEN there's no military advantage enough to offset civilian death and suffering. Meaning, if ruSSo occupants aren't "extracting" benefits from these attacks that outweigh civilian suffering then it's a war crime. Yes, it sounds very cynical but I didn't write these laws. To put it simply, if these attacks caused Ukraine to capitulate within a week or so... Or even a couple of months, then it's not a war crime. But instead they keep terrorizing with no gain. THIS makes it a war crime. BBC just had an article on this with references to Geneva convention. By the way, Ukraine also didn't have an ethnic slaughter house that NATO actually tried to stop.

If they were shot on camera then yes, it's a war crime and this isolated incident should be looked at but it's overshadowed by ruSSo actions. 2. Accidental missile in Poland is all it is - an accident as a result of ruSSo war crime
