  4. 1. Ukrainian government is begging for civilians to evacuate and unfortunately some don't take this offer. 2. Ukraine has every right to defend itself from ruSSo occupants. If they are trying to advance in populated areas, Ukraine army will try to hold them back in populated areas. Otherwise ruSSo occupants would be are the Polish border by now. 3. IF RUSSO OCCUPANTS DIDN'T COME NONE OF THIS WOULD BE AN ISSUE
