@timonsolus 1. Making what weapons? Western tech isn't available anymore and from the captured/destroyed ruSSo equipment it's pretty clear that German/French, etc. parts were essential. 2. Weapons for who? They are having such a problem recruiting people for astronomic payouts (by ruSSo standards) that now they've turned to convicts in prisons. So you are delusional if you think forced mobilization will be any more successful.
