@attilamarics4808 🤦‍♂️ Ukraine is a sovereign state and has every right to have military anywhere on Ukrainian territory. Moreover, Ukraine physically cannot even "relocate" whatever it has for a navy.. because all other ports are occupied by fascist ruSSia. Let's even assume what ruSSo officials said (they targeted a navy boat.. not even a ship). Why? The agreement was to de-mine port and ship grain. Who will de-mine the port if not military? Your mom? So tell me, what the F are you even trying to tell me?
