duncansmith7562 Not really. Pretty much every Russian speaker in the Baltics is either a leftover from Soviet occupation or their descents (very fresh generation). Occupants should not be demanding anything. These states are tiny in ethnic population (we are talking few million per state) and they don't want their cultures to be diluted by ruZo empire descendants.

@rizkyadiyanto7922 sure buddy. Only Latvia is not colonized. It was occupied and when the USSR broke apart, it became independent again. You seem to be lost
