I also find it hilarious when people like you envision top UA military officials... after 3 years of war.... sitting in some buildings like office workers.

Because it's impossible to prevent images coming from a thickly settled downtown of any country. Let me guess... You believe that top UA military is sitting on the roofs?

Countless of images of a couple of roof tops destroyed (mostly HVAC equipment and utilities). Even more images on social media from civilians who are there. You know.... Taking pictures from the nearby buildings, etc. So basically according to you top UA military are sitting on rooftops or in office buildings 🤣
