@georgekaradov1274 not really. EU gas price is back to mid 2021 level without any russo pipes.

Revenue isn't Profit. russo oil is discounted precisely because of sanctions so even with the ongoing sales, PROFIT is still a lot less than before 2022. So obviously sanctions are working.

@robo__cop8154 🤣 16$ over the cap today and only $8 just a month or so ago. Anyone can look up "Brent vs Urals chart"... it's no rocket science, bud. In any case, like I said, Revenue is NOT profit. Selling oil/gas via pipelines, or legal tankers is surely cheaper and obviously it's the seller that pays for inconveniences, not the buyer

@delta_glider4362 try again in coherent English

@georgekaradov1274 There could be a number of cumulative reasons. It's not like basf is the only company in the world relocating some (not all, you made it up) operations to Asia. But what I stated is an indisputable fact and anyone can simply look up the chart.

@georgekaradov1274 huh? What subsidies? Gas market simply rebalanced. This is how it works, bud. Anyone can look up the chart and it's not subsidies... It's a MARKET price in Europe. Facts are very stubborn

@georgekaradov1274 🤦♂️ I'm not going to argue with numbers pulled out of you know what. Fact is fact, Europe rebalanced the gas market and the price came down. If it makes you warm and fuzzy believing that Europe is somehow fixing MARKET price, so be it. Only it's not how it works in the capitalist world. It's like saying USA government is setting the market price for crude oil
