There were plenty of protests, online petitions and most importantly - people just expressing opinions to their elected officials. Like I said, it's a war in Europe and the EU acted to what's going on in Europe. No go ahead and send the complaint to the Dominican Republic and other regional nations. Why are you wasting your time here?

Wagner private military (about to be officially labeled as a Terrorist organization) founder Prigozhin himself said that his men have been attacking Ukraine since May2014 and they are the reason for existence of so called LDNR. Girkin (aka Strelkov) - responsible for downing MH17 - literally said that his ruSSo regiment "pulled the trigger" to start this war. That was back in spring of 2014.
