  6. Per Minsk accords Debalceve was supposed to be under Ukrainian control and yet ruZZian continued the offensive and occupied it. Per Budapest Memorandum ruZZia guaranteed Ukrainian sovereignty. Per border agreements there were no border disputes. See a pattern here? Who keeps breaking all the agreements? Oh and by the way, NATO defacto and dejure is expanding up north, not in Ukraine... And I don't even see complaints from ruZZia. You know.... Finish border is now the longest NATO border with ruZZia (1300km) and about an hour drive to the second biggest/most important city of St. Pete
