  2.  @atg2186  Nukes, strategic bombers, cruise missiles (same ones are "coming" back now), etc. Historic fact - USA and ruZia (and couple of other western states) disarmed Ukraine for territorial integrity guarantees. All of the above mentioned were equal "partners" in this arrangement. And don't worry about launch codes 🤦‍♂️. Ukraine was the producer of these nukes so could have easily taken over some of the nukes and made it their own.
