Moreover, after February 24 Ukraine passed a law that makes it legal for any Ukrainian civilian to kill an occupant. In fact, it's encouraged when it's possible. In case you didn't know, this is a war for Ukrainian survival not much different than against Germany in WW2. So yeah, these men are heroes

" So (a)The knife was OPEN during engagement - check. (b)He had a Ukrainian coat of arms on that jacket he threw away - check. And in any case, you don't want to call them "combatants"? OK, even better. In this case they fall out from the Geneva convention rulebook and Geneva convention does not apply to them anymore. Happy? Ukraine has an obligation to punish them under local laws (i.e. give them a medal) LOL Like I said, you can call them all you want but terroruSSia is not officially a terrorist state.
