  5. You are already on full financial support by russia. Your population is tiny, doesn't except much and is dominated by the "waiters" (as in waiting for changes). So there's no threat to russia like Chechnya for example. There aren't any more sanctions left that russia even cares about. Belarus is already defacto annexed and it's just dejure details that will be slowly (covertly) ironed out before you even realize it. You guys lost your freedom but at least don't pretend it's going to magically fall back into your hands some day just because one of the dictators dies. It doesn't work like this

  6. It's a lot simpler than that. ruSSia is trying to rebuild USSR (even if not in the same borders). Their goal is to take over as much land as possible at any cost. End of story. Yes, it sounds crazy in 21 century but this is what happens when a group of geezer dictators from Soviet era feel invincible and lose their minds.
