I'd hate to have to do this every single day. Set up, cook, Then have to break it all down at the end of the day. I have only one issue, cross contamination. Plus he doesn't wear gloves while touching the food. But on the other hand we don't know what our food goes through before it get's to us. So I eat it and hope for the best. Bottom line, it all looks good.
